The Russia and U.S. Treaty Deal: Is It For World Peace Purposes Or Interests?

Why Not Use A Respectful, Similar Way To Deal With Other Countries, And The Al Qaeda and The Taliban?

To begin, let me remind that I am not talking about healthcare issues here which is not my business or anyone who doesn't care about living in U.S. or leaving it anytime soon. But this issue is target the world safety, so it is every human being issue to concern about what's going on. Therefore, it is my business to be concerned.

I'm talking about : Nuclear Weapon. Nuclear weapon can do a lot of bad things, it can create non-natural disaster such as, earthquake, diseases, etc.. Yet, it is legal for some countries to have and illegal for other countries to possess. No wonder some countries' importance is based on the fact that they are capable to create Nuclear Weapons: Russia for example.

Lately, I have realized that the U.S. wants to be GOOD FRIEND with Russia SO BAD, flirting around with one another like a man and woman in love. Why not using the same method toward to be good friends with other countries like, for example, Iran, Venezuela, Cuba, etc..
